This option is a one-time annual payment options for both memberships and MSUA State Clinics. NEW for 2013; a deeply discounted

be directed to our secure Pay Pal payment location. Once you complete your payment, Pay Pal will direct you to an additional
page within our website where you can record all of your experience online and submit it to us in real-time.
